Proverbs food for the soul

I think God knew what he was doing when he wrote proverbs. Its shear genius that applies to every society that has ever walked this rock we call earth. Take this generation for example. We google and wiki everything. If we want an answer or a simple solution, we will find it. I have forgotten how much practical wisdom is packed into proverbs. Today I was asking God for some simple instructions. I asked, What is the next step? Who would have thought that he would devote an entire book to wisdom and simple instructions.
